sps2462gb/19 dishwasher

been to this dishwasher today fills and drains ok but spray arms are not going round open door and water is coming through the bottomspray arm only checked for blockage but all clear i suspect circ pump must be worn looks like tube out to get at motor anyone confirm

Bosch?/Neff? e.g. SPS5462GB/? Loads about them on here if you do a search. 1. check transfer (fill matrix to sump) hose not crudded up > low water level. 2. Check fill matrix on left side not malfunctioning due to sticking float / pressure switch or whatever thing it has. 3. Check no blockage in motor inlet from sump, e.g. plastic/paper. Think base comes off if model is 5462 but diagram on Bosch website isn’t easily read.
