Hi,
Customer was complaining of noise in freezer. It’s two years old. I found large chunks of ice around fan but evaportor was totally clear so i’m assuming it’s taking months for this ice to form. I defrosted the ice but have no clue why this has happened, I’m guessing a design fault. Has anyone had this yet.

Probably left the door open. Evap would have cleared completely over one or two defrost cycles. Anything far from heaters would remain frozen. Bryan
