srv43m03gb doesn’t seem to finish cycle

Hi all.
I have a Bosch srv43m03gb slimline integrated dishwasher. I’ve had it for 4-5years now I think and has always performed really well.
Usually when you first start the cycle the light on the chosen cycle is illuminated. When finished the same light is illuminated and the ‘end’ lamp is also on.
Just recently I have been coming back to it the following morning and the chosen cycle lamp is off. The ‘rinse’ lamp is on together with the ‘end’ lamp.
After this the dishes are left only partially dried and with a greasy feel to them.

The salt and rinse-aid units are always checked. We usually use Finish all-in-one or 4-in-1 (or basically whichever Finish tablets are on offer at the time)

Any ideas?
