    Do any sub-300 machines still have a metal rather than plastic drum?

    It’ not stainless though is it? I though it was enameled as the chances of a sub £500 machine having a stainless tub are slim these days I would think.

    Indesit/Hotpoint integrated washer dryers do, sadly the drum is that thin that a coin will open them up like a sardine tin. :rolls:
