    Hello,
    I have a Zanussi Z9191T washing machine from 1986 which requires a new start/run capacitor. I’ve taken a look at the original but there are no markings. Would anyone know what rating I would need for this machine?

    All the capacitors on Shop@ have four terminals but mine has two, does this matter?

    She’s getting on abit and the tumbles are getting slower but everything else is like new!

    16uf from memory. Wire the terminals diametrically opposite each other and you won’t go wrong.

    Thanks Penguin. I have since found the technical information for my machine here: and it says it takes an 8uf. I’ll go and order one from the shop.
