    Can anyone tell me how to get into the condensor chamber on a Hoover VHW654D? The stats are cutting out as it’s getting too hot but can’t find anything wrong and can’t get into the condensor chamber as it’s a sealed unit (part of the tub).

    Does it not randomly display error code E11 then? If so it’s a common failing of the NTC connector block IIRC.
