Steam coming out of the soap drawer!! Help

Can somebody come to my rescue and give me a little advice before i call out an engineer & possibly make a twit out of my self!

My Bosch washer dryer has developed this really bizarre thing where steam is coming out of the soap dispensing drawer when its on tumble dry. Also when the dry cycle is finished and i open the door more steam comes out.

My first thought was something was blocked but i’ve been through the manual twice & it doen’t mention this problem. I’ve cleaned the drain thingy at the front & the water inlet at the bacl but its made no difference.

I called bosch on friday but the woman was quite unhelpful & said that if somebody came out and it was due to my poor maintenence i would have to pay.. just want to make sure i’ve done all i can before i get someone out..

has anyone got any idea what the problem may be or how i can sort it out?

i would imagine that the water valve which takes in a trickle of water for the condenser on the dryer is faulty.if it is still under guarantee leave it to bosch.
