anyone do any work on steam irons ive a customer looking to repair a very expensive iron its a laura star , its not making steam when the button is pressed its heating ok the sole plate is hot and the pump is sending water to the boiler , just a click whenever the steam button is pressed cheers kieran

Looks like these are imported from mainland Europe. There’s a little info in their support page here A quick Google search doesn’t reveal any UK based service. Laura Star consumer services here which again are on mainland Europe.
