    Trying to repair this steam iron with a new soleplate but DeLonghi show delivery within 14 days but having phoned they now say up to 28 days.
    Partmaster give the same answer.

    The part number is 5045175431483 Ironing plate. Has anybody got any ideas on other places I can contact for this spare. Whole system cost around £160 from John Lewis and customer not happy to throw it out.
