    Hi – I need a couple of 7″ hotplates for one of these. Does anyone know if the non gen will go in OK as they are a lot lot cheaper?

    Seme do:- EGO Hotplate 180mm 8mm Rim 1500W TwinPack

    @ £15 for two these seem OK but i seem to remember the Stoves having a single central stud whereas these have two.

    Also the picture of these shows the terminal block at the edge of the unit whereas the originals are nearer the centre. But this might not matter. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    The two stud hotplates are only on the “pan sensor” type, all standard solid plates only have one 😉

    You can use non gen on these no problem, they are made in the same place 😀
