stoves 20251920 oven

hi there,
the above oven heats to max temp then cuts out in both top and bottom oven. oven just switchesn off incl internal light but stat controlls stay illuminated timer clock went out . takes few hour to cool down then comes on, last time customer said clock stayed on??.

Don’t know about this particular model but it’s classic symptoms of over temp cut off being activated. Possibly overheating due to faulty cooling fan motor or oven thermostat or even faulty over temp. stat itself.
