Hi, a friend has the above hob and a few months ago it locked up, as I recall, some of the display lights flash, and the controls acknowledge that they ahve been “touched” but proper function is not possible – ie no heat.
Whilst trying all the combinations of “keypresses” I could think of at that time, I lucked into an undocumented (in the user manual) reset sequence. and the hob resumed normal operation.
The problem has now reappeared (we think it is caused by very brief power outages) I am hoping someone knows the reset sequence, in case I don’t luck into it again, when I have a look at it again tomorrow evening…
All suggestions appreciated – well the polite ones anyway!
