Stoves b/i Double oven 900GDO

Hi,

I’ve got some m/oven hinges to replace on this oven (Part number 082970801), it looks as though the whole oven needs to come out for it to be done. I’m a little worried as it is a gas oven, has anyone replaced these hinges before and can tell me the best way to get at them.

It’s a while ago now since I done one of these hinges, and I’m sure that the has to come out, as there is a little grub screw that goes in the back of the hinge to retain the hinge into the oven body.

Thanks Tell, I have had a look at the hinge and it looks like screws go through the side of the hinge. That would mean that I would have to get to the screws from underneath or from the back. Either way it looks as though the oven will have to come out, which I am a bit reluctant to do as it is gas.
