stoves built under oven

had a call to a stoves built under oven with display flashing continuously and wouldn’t set and customer couldn’t use either grill or oven, think the model may be 44445148 but the label is so small and badly worn not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure .
Any advice would be helpful as customer doesn’t have instruction book ( its a rental property) to see if its a easy reset of controls or if its a electronics fault in oven ,thanks

cant you bridge out the clock and disable

don’t think bridging out the clock and trying to disable it is a correct form of repair when its a rental property , its either a simple reset of controls or replace the electronics to bring it back to full working order or replace the oven with a new one

well looked up your model and shorting a timer is an ok repair but it wont work on this model ( if number correct)
have not got very good pictures on this but i would look at the switches you use to set everything. if they are pushbuttons then use your meter to see if they close when pushed , also check power supply board for blown caps ( same fault as hotpoint modules)
if all this fails new cooker as some parts are obsolete
