    Had 3 calls this week enquiring about faulty Stoves top oven / grill. The grill / top oven comes on when switch to the off position.
    The control is a single knob for both grill and oven.
    I think the part is manufactured by Invensis and was obsolete.
    Does anyone know of an alternative fix? I was thinking of wiring in a fan switch infrount of the thermostat that isolated the supply.(bypass the faulty thermostat).
    Any other ideas?

    Can you remember if you fitted a selector switch in front of this and did it work. Invensys switch is now obsolete and requires fitting both ovens selector switches with two new thermostats and wiring conversion. Expensive.
