    The computer fan in this double oven does not turn. Replaced fan (old one smells burnt) turns at about 20 RPM. Live is direct from terminal block on rear of oven but neutral is fed off a PCB mounted on the top of oven. Would it be the PCB that is faulty as everything else works on the oven/grill?

    Have ordered from Stoves 082814400 PCB at £20.32. It has a green wirewound resistor on board. I expect this has failed?

    Received new board but no resistor on this new one. Is this correct?
