Stoves Gas Oven Door Hinge problem

Hello, I am trying to find out how to remove the oven door and grill door from my Stoves gas double oven? The hinges are shown in the attachment I have included. I have tried to ask other kitchen appliance fitters but they said they have not seen this type of hinge? Please could some one instruct me on how I can remove the door? I expect there must be a nack to how to remove the door but at the moment I have not found how to. 🙁

black screw 4-5 inches up from hinge in metal edge of door, remove from either side and slide off hinge arms
