    I have a Stoves Homestead freestanding gas cooker and the silicone rubber door seal has shrunk in profile so that the oven door, when closed, does not seal properly. I have tried Stoves for a replacement but to no avail.

    Is there a ‘P’ pattern door seal available, in ether silicone rubber or a similar compound from somebody else?

    With the door not sealing correctly, it is playing havoc with the missus’ cakes and she is not happy!

    How do Newhomes 550 S1 sound? Otherwise I’ll have to drag to cooker out to look at the ID plate.
