I have a Stoves 720EV Double Oven at home. It is a great piece of kit I must say. But all the while we have had the thing the blasted cooling fan runs forever after we have switched off the oven and/or the grill. It drives us crazy in our kitchen diner as it blasts cold air around the room.

Can someone furnish me the wiring diagram so I can stop its little game by perhaps inserting a thermocouple device instead of a timer?

    Thanks Dave,

    Its 059040415

Neff ovens use a temp sensor and I would love to stick one in this baby instead of the darned timer. Any help much appreciated.

This is a particularly noisy cooling fan as its almost a cooker hood fan, I notice that they run a 100r resistor in series with it, whether that was an after thought to slow it down or what I dont know. Anyhow, these resistors tend to burn out, I had one on Saturday.
