Stoves oven SN90FP PCB Fan Control

This double oven was shorting and tripping the mcb when turning on the main oven. I traced the fault to the lamp and holder which had shorted. One of the contacts on the oven switch device had stuck together too. The problem is, after correcting this the main oven has no power. When you switch on the stat, the led, heating fan, element and cooling fan does not come on. The top oven works fine so it’s not the clock. There is live to the oven switch selecter and stat but seems to be no neutral going out. It’s seems to go out through the “fan pcb”. Is this just for the fan or could the shorting have damaged the board and cause this fault? Seems strange that the top oven works though.

i dont think the clock on these affects the top oven, id have a look in that area 1st.
