stoves prelude 550m cooker cooling problem

the cooling fan on my grill has stopped working.and as a result the knobs are heating up and cracking.was wondering is this a common problem with the stoves brand .and what part am i looking to replace.

Hi,

Has the cooker got a cooling fan fitted? If it has then that’s what you’re looking to replace, it’s a tangenital fan motor usually mounted at the read of the oven cavity inside the outer casing.
