    Stoves main number is 0151 4327838. It’s the usual “you have a million options please take a stab in the dark and hit any phone key, you might be lucky” type service.

    Best bet is get through to them, get the part number and order it via you’re prefered spares supplier, or whack the part number here, many Stoves parts are used by other manufacturers so quite often they are available elswhere a lot quicker and cheaper.

    you’ll probably find its a ARI siltal appliance ie BI 1200WD as stoves only badge their appliance.
