Bit of a strange one this.
Got called to the machine because it wasn’t spinning. It was obvious after a minute or so that this was due to a single item load, but I checked things out anyway. The first problem was the door lock ‘clicking’ open and closed several times before evntually locking. Customer said it had never done that before.
After checking that it drained/spun etc, I checked last fault in diagnosis mode and it came up with E41 (I think) anyway it reffered to door fault which had just occurred.
As I was only charging a callout fee due to NFF, I gave it one more quick fill/drain/spin test then went on my way after explaining loading procedure to customer.A short while later I got called back to the machine as it wasn’t working, all it was doing was counting down after being set to a program. No matter what program you put it on, it just counted down and did nothing (occasional drum turn).
I checked out diagnosis routine etc, and everything works from there. Last fault code was still the door fault.I thought to reconfigure the PCB, but there’s no sticker on the module with the code on.
So, anyone any idea or can anyone get me the configuration code so I can attempt to reprogram it?

Thanks, I think that’s one digit different from the current one I read off the diagnosis/configuration display. Hopefully that’s the problem 🙂

How do you get these machines into diagnosis mode?
I am going to one today. When start is selected, a few clicks can be heard but the red lamp simply flashes.
I am thinking possibly the interlock?
