Strange fault on a Samsung fridge freezer RSG5UUBP

Hi all, I have a strange fault on a Samsung fridge freezer, the fault is that the MOTOR GEARED-DISP (as described in the parts diagram) turns all the time whether the dispenser is in operation or whether the door is open or closed, Its located on the underside of the ice maker assembly next to the Auger motor, I presumed it was a relay fault on the PCB but this has made no difference, any help would be appreciated.
