Struggling to get onto the trade forums

Hi as the title really.
I have just completed the Dixon training course in Barnsley.
Sent a couple of emails now and tried ringing the site admin on the number provided but no answer and just get bounce backs form the email.

Any ideas?

I can’t see any request for that username on any email account but, if it bounced, that’d be why.

Just checked my profile The email I have set my profile up using my limited company name
Will I need to start a new profile?
