    zanusie fj1254w power up shows spin mode only, works fine, will not navigate up or down, tried to access diagnostics but to no avail, suspect control unit, any suggestions.

    have you checked motor tacho?

    no did not suspect tacho as motor action seemed fine, would faulty tacho cause syptoms described ?

    no,probable not if spin is definateley ok,had a similar problem as this but the spin was disrupted.
