Well…
There was a bit of an error there, crossed lines in fact.
Admin needed a “go” to send invoices.
The powers that be didn’t give the “go” due to too much going on I expect.
So, the bottom line is that all the subscription invoices for 2009/10 did not get sent to anyone.
Steps have been taken to make sure it doesn’t happen again and it was a big off on the part of the TA. 🙁
It was discussed and decided that, as it was the TA’s c*ck up that the cost should be borne by them, not the members. So, members for a year for free basically.

Thanks for the reply, for me I would be only to pleased to pay the subs.
The information we garner from the site is invaluable and more than compensates.

I agree, the membership cost is very little in the overall scheme of things….and fantastic value.
Feel free to send me an invoice Ken…

KeymasterThanks guys. It is encouraging to hear the comments and I’m sure it will be to the TA council members that, it has to be said, work their butts off to get stuff done.
I’ll run it past them first if that’s okay though.

Not sure if I’m still a member 😕 . Got Amica stuff through today with a sign up for the WTA but I thought I was already widdum. I don’t think too many people would mind forking out for last years oversight as it was owed anyway. Unlike your tax bill which is paid before you earn it 👿

Got my Amica envelope todays as well.
Do we have to fill out the WTA application if we are already members, albeit lapsed as far as subs goes. 😉

If you paid your subs the last time you recieved an invoice then you are still a member, after all it’s not your fault we c0cked up by not sending out invoices .

Hi Lawrence, taken a bit more time to read the mail shot and realise I do not need to re apply.
The only problem is that it asks for my membership number and I have no idea what it is.
I will have to contact the relevant official. 😉

I assume I’m still a member? I never did get my membership card, is the printer working yet, so I too have no idea what my number is?

I spoke to Lawrence today regarding membership numbers and he told me to fill in the form and send to Kilmarnock where admin will sort out the numbers.
