subscriber funds

Ken, having read your Friday post in reply to the Pat-uk thing…..

You state that the subscriber funds are there to help “you” not UKW….”you” referring to Pat-uk, I presume. Pat-UK is not a subscriber at present.

So can we clear this up in this forum, It is (rightly or wrongly) my impression that subscriber funds were for the benefit and use of subscribers only. There for us to decide how and what we might do with the fund when appropriate. I also thought that the pot was being left to grow with the fund being an agenda item at our September meeting.

Clarification needed please.
