To be honest, that’d be considered to be commercial levels of use.

Most washing machines are built on the averages, 250 washes per year, standard 2.5 people or so per household. So, I’d doubt any manufacturer would consider washing that volume of laundry as “normal”.

I’ve worked on a lot of ISE appliances for premier inn and mainly the faults have been due to misuse so I would recommend them don’t get the Hotpoint they are terrible and Electrolux are going through a phase of self destruction as well So it has to be ISE all the way and I’m not biased in fact this website hasn’t even given me trade access despite proving im in the trade but that’s another story lol

Nothing ‘domestic’ will, period. Those duvets either confined to the wheelie bin or taken to your local dry cleaners. I’m surprised you would wish such an option being that over recent years you have managed with what you have anyway?

Think I might use that as an argument against DOMGEN’s offer if they start kicking up a fuss. Like I said semi pro (I know in the trade it wouldn’t would class it as a “semi pro” machine) for a box standard domestic is not a fair replacement!

The Whirlpool was good by the manufacture’s word for 28 washes a week, we never got to that level of washing but it makes one wonder if the bearing design was ever upto that level of use.
