My oven heating on all (Fan assisted, Fan Grill, Grill and conventional) settings is intermittent, sometimes it gets to temp and then stops heating and sometimes it does not start heating at all and then suddenly starts heating. All heating elements seem fine (apart from working intermittently). All fans run as expected and all temp indicator lights work as expected. Also, the oven only used to work once the clock was set, however it will now operate with the clock still flashing (unset). Confused.com!!!!!

The go-to option would be the thermostats, one of them as if I recall there are the main thermostat, a fan initiation thermostat and an overheat, that is from memory though.

But the curveball there is the timer.

The timer is, essentially, a big switch that either gives you power or gives you nothing. If it i the case that the lights and fan stay running that’s unlikely to be the cause. Possible I guess, but unlikely.

If I were to guess, I’d look to the overheat thermostat firstly.

It’ll be a small thermostat on top of the oven cavity or at the back usually. Two wires, they normally either work or don’t though, it’s strange to get a fault like that.

Had one of these a while back. There may be a small power board at the back of the oven. There could be dry joints on the relay connections. Also the main selector switch may have iffy contacts, although this wouldn’t explain the timer issue.
