Swan Dishwasher SDWB7020W won’t start :-((

Electrics, water supply and drain hose all checked and correct.

After selecting ‘normal’ programme and closing the door, machine beeps after about 10 seconds (as if programme finished). When the door’s opened, the “rapid” programme light’s flashing.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated by hard-up pensioner who’s got used to the luxury of dishes being washed. Didn’t have things like dishwashers in my day 🙂

Swan do not have ANY spares that they will sell,give or allow ANY engineer or customer once the appliance is out of warranty so unless an engineer can match the part required then it’s into the good old scrapyard in the sky. Buy cheap from an non main stream manufacturer and this is what you get.
