Hi after a swan element sw4010w, made enquiry to connect they say cannot supply , its a washer heater

they don’t list washing machines but its worth an ask
other than that we need to find who makes it
look on the label to see if it states where its made
post any other serial numbers etc as if its Vestel these would be useful
or have you asked customer if they have user handbook as there may be a spares/service number in there
They will buy these heaps of junk wont they !!
