Swan fridge with no freezer compartment- not getting cold

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can help diagnose this problem.

The fridge was bought about 10 years ago, but has sat idle for about the last 8 in my garage. I’m about to move and wanted to use it, but having turned it back on, it’s not getting cold.

The compressor is running, the temp is set to max – but I’m getting about 7 degrees C.

Can anyone offer some diagnostic advice?

if you have the compressor running and no cold then it has to be a compressor or gas system fault. (assuming you left it long enough to cool down)

if that’s the case scrap it
