I don’t normally like to complain about companies on here, BUT
I delivered a new Bosch washer to a customer that I purchased from Swift back on 28th Oct, which was faulty from installation ( I delivered and installed myself). After getting an uplift number from a BSH engineer, which the customer waited 5 days for a service call from, I have still not received any refund on this machine. They only just picked it up last Friday, that’s nearly 2 months.
I have not ever had to have a machine returned before, but surely this is not normal is it ? 👿
