Is this a wind up?
I expect you mean electo-mechanical.
Only faults I’ve ever seen on these have been with (“safety”)water valves or blocked blue tubes / horseshoe hoses. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if you find it all bunged up with horrible greasy fat originating from a meat rich diet. Pressure switch or safety valve taking ages to reset to empty due to constricted arteries, er I mean tubing.

might find its a blocked air break causing low water pressure = really slow fill times. Have to replace air break if so.

Know what ya mean, i just stick to chicken & fish, we’re simply not gonna be able to continue to turn grain into beef & pork with 9 billion peeps on the planet. Very selfish & inefficient, but thats our species.. 😯
Anyway, this aint helping the OP 😆
