Donig washer when as usual the customer says, “can you just have a look at this” 😥

Didn’t have much time. Apparently someone has fallen onto the door and a bit of ‘plastic’ popped out. The metal hinges look perfect but the door drops down now. I suspect the springs or fixings have failed. Had a quick look but the cabinet appears to be a one piece unit on these, 😕 couldn’t see any way to take the side panels off. How do you get at the hinges and springs?

    Pnc.911861046

Looking at my copy of TDS shows separate side panels for earlier DH101 Pnc, but it doesn’t show any parts for that PNC number, although parts list only appears to show a cabinet.

Springs are built in to the hinges on that one Jim, can be changed from below, bit of a fiddle but not too bad a job. part number 152 02 03-60/3 is for a pair.

Cheers Mark, I got the impression she was angling for me to BER it, already had the insurance company form filled out. 😯

Of course, the person will have ‘accidently’ fallen into the dishwasher!

    You know, like you do.

Mind you, door could be bent.

To be honest, if she takes care when opening it I cannot see a problem, door looks fine and closes perfectly, it drops down level as well.
