T/Bendix DH086 dishwasher, top spray arm.

Pnc 911711048 ( she couldn’t give me the last two numbers so don’t know if its 00 or 01.
Not been out to it yet.

No pictures of parts on TDS for 00 model but they are there for the 01 model.
No service manuals, only service bulletins.

Customer says the top of dishwasher is not ‘working’

Does this machine have a diverter system or any known faults in this area?

Most likely the top basket is not going back in correctly, think from memory there’s 2 positions for basket level. If you have a look you’ll know what I mean, if it’s not seated correctly water won’t go in to top spray arm & no wash from top.

Thanks Seamy, I suspected something like that, not sure if this model has a double height upper basket with small flap valves at the back where the tube from the spray arm locks on.

Going out next week to take a peek.
