T601CW condenser dryer allegedly sticking +buzzing/whirring?

Replaced reversing timer to cure no heat fault couple of weeks ago. She’s been on phone today to report that timer is now not switching into cool cycle but sticking at that point and making what she describes as a whirring noise.
The report is rather confused so I’m not quite sure what she means. No urgency as I’m not going by there for nearly a week but if anyone’s had anything like this before I’d be pleased to know.

Well, I had asked her on the phone if it was the audio signal and she said, “No, this one doesn’t have one” :rolls:
