tablet spat out?

I have a tricty bendix slimline dishwater. The circle works ok but when opened the tablet appears only either half used or not at all?
The dispenser door has no screws or fixtures to indicate it requires adjusting
any ideas?

The flap cannot fully open during the wash cycle as it is obstructed by the top basket. Check that the top rotor holes are clear, especially at the tips. These are designed to sweep across the dispenser and wash the powder out.

Can’t tell you much more without the model number.
