Taking care of your stock.

Just a few words to ask all of you to be aware……..

We have had 2 ISE appliances stolen from our agents possesion. Whlst this is very unfortunate it’s inevitable that your stock is extremely attractive to certain types of scum who walk the earth.

Can we ask in the light of these experiences that you keep warranty cards and ISE washers seperately. It’s fairly obvious that this makes it impossible to register an appliance.
Also, please report any request to repair an appliance that you did not sell, to us. All requests for service that are not supported by a warranty card will be refused, full stop, INCLUDING any that you have sold and have not returned a warranty card, for. Leaving you to explain WHY to your customer.
