Participantwent to this yesterday. customer called some smoke came from oven while on .. so i went down expecting it to be. just the fan oven element ..tell tell signs of.white powder from element .. took panel off to heater ring ..signs of splitting on the element. but still getting continuity .. which i found very weird .. anyway changed it .. but still smoke coming from somewhere .. then seen this on base of oven cavity ? see pic . a bottom element cant burn through the metal cavity from bottom can it ? as melted t one of those oven carbon sheets you buy to put in oven also // weird mad:rolleyes: get get photo up load 🙁

Participantnot fan motor as thats runing fine .. trying to upload photo .. but keeps saying file to big .. cant see why. as just a pic of the oven ?:confused:

https://www.google.com/photos/about/then they give you an option to give a public link to some photos
its all because if everyone uploaded then the server costs go up

Participantstrange one eh .. would a say a a perishing do that to cavity ? its not burnt right through it .. but done that and burnt one of those linings you get. dont know what they are made of .. feels like plastic . but must be heat resistant .. well not this time :rolleyes:

Participanti burnt my arm on top element to ,, when put fan oven setting on .. its like bottom and top and ring element all come on . is that normal on these ovens ?

Moderatorhave emailed you the manual
the oven has a fast heat option which turns on extra elements so it heats faster which is why it has to be connected to a cooker main not a 13A socket

good point did not click or look that closelyyour never going to cure that floor so its not worth spending too much money on. May be worth a get it going for now repair but that all
