    Hi
    I have a tall Beko freezer TFF685AP that the red light stays on. My wife defrosted this freezer four days ago and ever since then the red light has stayed on, the thermostat has been turned up to max. I know this means that the temperature is running too high. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any help/advice on this problem.

    Your wife may of punctured the evaporator whilst trying to defrost it
