TCE7127W E23 Error code

Good Morning, I have a customer with a Zanussi TCE7127W tumble dryer that runs for a while, then the bottom three lights on the display come on and the appliance stops and beeps, I have checked the error code and it states a E23 error code but that is not listed in the service manual. I cleared the error code and showed the customer how to read the code and told him toi run the appliance again till it error-ed out, he has just been on the phone and says it shows a E45 error code which is still not a listed error code. , has anybody any ideas before I refer the customer back to Zanussi. Heeeeelp

if the customer reversed the flashing lights then it would be E54 which is listed

and if you had reversed as well then E32 is listed

is this possible ?

Hi Dave YES you are right the error code reading is from right to left on the display, I have just re-read the manual (why they have to do it arse about face I do not know) and now I can get some where MANY THANKS . still not quite sure what is wrong as these are conflicting error codes. I think i will start with the brushes and see if that cures the problem. Regards Neil
