    I hate this thing so don’t use it often but today I need to.
    Put in the make, pnc and model and it sits there or asks “select a product”
    The only way is to get a complete list and go through it.
    I have worked it faster but not often so can anyone give me chapter and verse on how to get it to go straight to the machine I want?

    Hold up.
    Just found that if I only put in the PNC number it comes up.
    What a dopey idea not working with all the details. 😳

    The SIOS disc, BSH & GIAS websites like the TDS (on or offline versions) either require just the model number to search or, for a more refined search, the specific 12 digit NC (Sios), Enr (Bosch) Product (Gias) or PNC (Lux)…… I’m pleased you sussed it in the end anyway. 🙂
