TDS DVD

HI EVERYBODY

I HAVE HAD A TDS DVD 05 FOR ABOUT A YEAR BUT KNOW I CANT SEEM TO LOAD IT . I HAVE TRYED EVERTHING I WAS WONDERING IF ENYBODY KNOWS IF THERE IS A SCRIPT FILE ON MY HARD DRIVE THAT STOPS ME LOADING AND WERE IT IS

If you are running windows XP service pack 2…..then TDS will NOT run!!!!

This is official from Electrolux themselves, something to do with the new security measures in service pack 2 that the software engineers were not aware of.
There is no fix yet..apparently they are rewriting TDS so that it does not run under Internet explorer!!!

If anyone has heard anything differently please let us know.

ps: if you have a direct account with didtriparts and have access to Pro corner then everything is on there including wiring diagrams service manuals etc.

The TDS disc 2005 & now the 2006 run perfectly on both my desktop and laptop, both of which have XP SP2. It is nothing to do with IE, it may just be that your version is now out of date.

For the sake of £25.00 I think you should get the latest 2006 version part number 506006065-00/3
The only real problems recently seem top have been due to conflicts with different versions of Acrobat Reader, however I have both Acrobat Reader V5 & V7 on both PC’s and TDS works fine.
