Call states the following :
Unit is defrosting and frost building up.
Unit is at the correct temperature,Cannot tell if the fridge is cooling or not.
There is no air flow in the freezer, Airflow is not being blocked but there is ice build up in the grill.
Ice maker is working and no error codes.
Door seal is ok so the customer states.
And how the hell can an engineer ever begin with receiving this from a service centre.
