Technical Support Engineer required, office role, Heathrow

I am urgently looking for an experienced white goods engineer who is now looking for an office based role. The role is based near Heathrow
The company are looking for someone with field experience, perhaps some training experience to do this:

To provide technical support to European subsidiaries and a European technical interface to and from HQ.
Take part in European NPI (New Product Introduction)
Carry out Field testing and report back to HQ
Review technical manuals and HQ training documentation
Generate, update and present training to European Subsidiary engineers, Contact Centre agents and others as required
Generate FAQs and Service Tips for Contact Centre and Service Centre’s
Investigate reported problems, document them, and escalate to HQ if there is no local fix.
Provide Subsidiaries and customers with advice on product usage
Liaise with visiting product specialists
