    Not been out ot it yet, I’m guessing its a BSH machine under the bonnet.

    Enr No: 3TT102GB/14

    Customer says flooded base warning light is on.

    Are there any areas I need to concentrate on, not seen one before.

    If it is a Bosch then the normal door seal snagged or split.
    Hole in sump hose etc.

    Pretty good lower panel to have a nose through.

    (Ive had a number of them where water leaks down the front from the door seal & manages to trickle through the access panel, then activating the float.)

    It is a BSH machine, spot on diagnosis Tim, I took the lower plinth off and it was wet all along the top edge so it can only be coming from the door seal or soap drawer.
