hi
it sound like a module problem, there are many versions ranging from £64 to £83 plus vat
can we have the full number from the machine
the number should be stamped on the stainless steel at the top of the door just buy the door lock (very difficult to see)
is this a tecknic TKD795/2 or TDK795/3
it may be marked SE6TIE1GB/?? or SE6TIE2GB/?? instead of the tecknik numbers

ParticipantThe machine appears to have no serial ID stamped on the stainless steel. The book just refers to it as a TKD 795 and it was bought in 1999. The main circuit board is a JABIL 084561…any help???

Hi, my machine has the exact same problem and started at the weekend. It has a label on the front door with both numbers on it – TKD 795/2 & SE6TIE1GB V.
I have tested the switch and power is going through it to the control module but also does not have any lights on it.
Any help with what parts i need to get it working again greatfully received as i don’t know how much more washing up i an take 😳 !October 24, 2006 at 12:34 pm #190593beebee
ParticipantAll my investigations pointed to the main control module. You can buy these and easily install them but wait for it…they cost about £105! Since my machine is 5 years old I’ve decided it’s just not worth it and will probably buy a new one…

KeymasterI thought the TKD795 was a Whirlpool in disguise. From memory they changed to BSH in 2002.
