Hi,
My Tecnik dishwasher (only code I could find was 5600 051 544 (8205)), integrated in a Wickes kitchen, has just stopped working. It seems to be stuck at the first phase of the cycle. The noise that comes out is the one you hear as soon as you switch it on and close the door, just before the water starts flowing in. The odd thing is that it does that as soon as you press the start button, without even waiting to close the door. It is just stuck there and nothing happens. What can it be?
Is it worth it to have it repaired? I suspect it is at least more than 7 years old and wondering whether it is better to a buy a new one. How long is a dishwasher supposed to last?
